Services for Blind and Visually Impaired   Tri-County Association for the Blind offers a wide range of services for the blind and visually impaired in the Central Pennsylvania area. Access Technology Social Services Our program utilizes state of the art computers to teach and train those who are blind and visually impaired how to use computers and various computer programs. The Social Services Department offers a variety of services and social activities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired to enable them to maintain their independence. Support Group Calendars of Events Prevention of Blindness Radio Reading Service Tri-County Association for the Blind (TCAB) has programs in both blindness prevention and eye safety education and also offers vision screening. Radio Reading provides a unique radio station for blind, visually impaired or otherwise print impaired individuals.  Necessities Store Low Vision Aids The Necessities Store offers products for people who are blind and visually impaired. Our goal is to provide a wide range of affordable high quality vision aids to those living with low vision and visual impairments.
