9th Annual Visions of Monte Carlo to Benefit Tri-County Association for the Blind
Harrisburg, PA -- Tri-County Association for the Blind (TCAB) will host its ninth annual Visions of Monte Carlo fundraiser on Friday, March 23,2007 at the Holiday Inn East in Harrisburg. The evening includes a silent auction, gambler’s buffet of Hors d’ oeuvres, casino-style gaming, musical entertainment, over $2500 cash-in prizes and fun for everyone. Those who like to go to Atlantic City will find some fun right here in their own back yard and the proceeds will benefit a great cause.
The evening begins with a silent auction, which will include a variety of items donated by local businesses from the community. Following a gambler’s buffet of Hors d’ oeuvres, guests can try their luck at various casino games including; blackjack, craps, roulette, money wheel, poker and Texas Hold’em Poker. At the close of gaming, gamers will convert their chips into prize drawing tickets for a chance to win over $2500 in cash-in prizes donated by local businesses and organizations. The cost of each ticket is $50 and $3,000 in Monte Carlo money, two cash-in prize drawing tickets and a tax-deductible donation to the agency. Tickets for Visions of Monte Carlo can be purchased by calling the agency office at (717) 238-2531 or on-line at www.tricountyblind.org.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or donating a silent auction or cash-in prize, contact Laurie Thompson, Public Relations Director at the Tri-County or e-mail lthompson@tricountyblind.org
